Had enough yet?  Many of my new auto insurance clients are calling saying “I’ve had enough of the on line insurance companies!”  Every time I call I get transferred around or get some stupid menu or have to hang up and try again.  They were fast at quoting but the service disappeared after that.  The rates also got worst after I had been with them for awhile.  I also found out that they take non-standard customers and move them into standard policies so it looks like they are really cheaper for everyone.  Don’t be fooled if you are a preferred or super preferred account.  Call and get an independent insurance broker to give you a call.  They have many companies and really do care about you!
